  • Brand equity analysis; advertising tracking and ROI; and communications optimization research with Millward Brown  

  • Brand and communications planning research with Abraxas

  • Program evaluation; social ills prevention and health promotion; and behavioural observation studies (ethnography).

Bill established and grew Millward Brown Canada between 1992 and 2005.  In 2004, Bill was profiled in the Wall Street Journal.  Bill is a regular contributor to industry publications and a frequent speaker.
